Account Executive, Brand Experience

The job overview for this position is that Allied Global Marketing is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to work with key agency clients and execute campaigns, event builds, and productions that support clients' objectives. The ideal candidate should bring their own unique vision and style to the role, have a deep passion for experiences/events, and be driven to make the agency one of the leading brand experience agencies internationally. The core responsibilities include campaign activation, team management, and client services.

• Support client service team with activating new and existing client campaigns
• Continuously liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage expectations
• Activate all aspects of admin on a client account in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are clearly managed and met
• Recruit and manage all event staff within the agency
• Manage Team Leaders to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, time management, and deliverables
• Regular check-ins with senior members of the team
• Build strong relationships with clients, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis
• Attend client meetings

• Experience in campaign activation and managing client accounts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to recruit and manage event staff
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in attending client meetings and managing client expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for brand experiences and events
• Ambitious and driven to make the agency a leading brand experience agency internationally

• Hybrid working options
