About The Position

The Workday Integrations Lead (Senior Solutions Architect) will play a pivotal role within the Enterprise Applications team, reporting directly to the Business Applications Manager. This position is designed for an individual who will serve as the technical expert for Workday, focusing primarily on managing integrations to and from the Workday platform. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HRIS, business partners, and vendors to ensure that all integrations are designed and implemented effectively. This role is critical in ensuring that new integrations or enhancements to existing ones are executed correctly, with a keen eye on capturing and planning for all downstream impacts. As the lead for Workday integrations, the individual will be responsible for providing high-quality system designs and technical solutions that address various business requirements. The role demands a professional with proven experience in managing technical solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident under pressure, and skilled in managing expectations. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences are essential for success in this position.
