People Creating Success is excited to announce that we are currently hiring FADE Associates in the Santa Barbara area. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them with daily living activities and working towards their personal goals. As a FADE Associate, you will assist an adult with developmental disabilities in their daily living activities, engage in community-based activities, and follow a personalized service plan designed to meet the individual's goals and needs based on Person-Centered Thinking. You will be a source of encouragement, supporting the individual in their personal growth, sensory needs, and street safety while making activities enjoyable and engaging. This position offers a flexible schedule with hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM, making it ideal for those who are “people persons” who love being out and about while helping others achieve their goals.
