About The Position
Napa County is seeking to fill one full-time vacancy for the position of Staff Services Analyst I to join the Operations' Facilities Team at the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA). This position serves a critical role on the Facilities' Team, which provides support across the agency. The selected candidate will act as the Department Safety Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the department's compliance with the County Workplace Violence Prevention Policy. This includes managing the HHSA incident response log and leading the HHSA alpha responder and safety liaison programs, which encompass training, drills, and communications regarding security and safety at HHSA. In addition to safety coordination, the ideal candidate will maintain the building's security access control system, conduct audits, and assist with door access issues. The position also entails developing, updating, and maintaining the Facilities' SharePoint site and content, including the Safety and Security SharePoint site for HHSA. The selected applicant will analyze data, trends, and information to support Facilities' operations and will assist the Facilities' Project Manager in overseeing and monitoring Facilities' contract agreements, equipment and real estate leases, space license agreements, and invoicing. This role requires close collaboration with all HHSA Divisions and other County Departments such as Public Works, ITS/Communications, and the County Safety Officer for day-to-day facilities support.
