We are currently seeking a Staff RF Design Engineer to join our Wireless Hardware R&D team at our West Union, SC manufacturing plant. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, modifying, and managing activities for specific products or groups of products from the initial product definition and planning stages through to production and release. You will act as the central resource collaborating with design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing teams as the products move towards completion and distribution. Your involvement will span all stages of a product's lifecycle, including product release, maintenance, and end-of-life decisions. Additionally, you will promote the investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to enhance product management activities, ensuring that all shipped products meet specifications and quality goals.
