Good Shepherd Services is seeking a Social Work Supervisor for the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) for Multisystemic Therapy - Family Integrated Transitions (MST-FIT). This position is crucial in overseeing the implementation of MST-FIT, an intensive family and community-based treatment designed to address serious antisocial behavior in youth. The MST-FIT Supervisor will ensure that services adhere to the model's specifications while employing the MST-FIT model throughout a 46-bed adolescent female Rapid Intervention Center and Group Residence. The role involves working closely with families and youth, promoting behavior change in their natural environments, and facilitating successful reintegration into the community post-placement. The supervisor will carry both clinical and administrative supervisory responsibilities for a team of two therapists. This includes conducting weekly group supervision and training to ensure adherence to MST principles and clinician competency. The supervisor will also provide individual supervision as needed, ensuring that clinicians receive the support necessary to overcome barriers to effective treatment implementation. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, both within the agency and in the community, to promote and educate about MST, manage case referrals, and oversee clinician caseloads. In addition to supervisory duties, the MST-FIT Supervisor will participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, manage and report data on clinical outcomes, and engage in program evaluation processes. The position requires a commitment to the Sanctuary Model, integrating its principles into daily practice to foster a non-violent and trauma-sensitive culture. The supervisor will also be responsible for delivering MST to a small caseload of families as needed, ensuring compliance with mandated paperwork and recordkeeping.
