As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing customer value throughout the traveler's journey, leveraging the capabilities of the next-generation airline retailing platform. Your responsibilities will include overseeing market trends and customer needs, providing essential insights that will inform the development of new capabilities and priorities for the platform. You will be expected to conduct thorough market research, analyze industry dynamics, and consolidate feedback from various stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing product strategies, collaborating closely with product management, commercial, and account teams to ensure alignment on vision and values. You will participate in the development of commercial models, assess market risks, and build go-to-market strategies tailored to different airline segments. Your efforts will include creating external-facing use cases, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with customers, as well as supporting account teams in effectively communicating the portfolio's benefits.
