About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lexington Country Place is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. This role involves hands-on care, physical and emotional support, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. The CNA will work closely with the Director of Nursing and participate in the development and updating of Personalized Service Plans (PSP) for residents.
