About The Position
Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-conscious individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Resort Appearance Attendant. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining cleanliness and organization in public areas of the resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and welcoming for our guests. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but a strong desire to contribute to a growing team is essential. In this role, you will be tasked with cleaning and sanitizing various public areas throughout the resort, including restrooms, mirrors, windows, carpets, and floors. You will also be responsible for emptying trash cans and ensuring that all surfaces are disinfected and organized. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will need to keep everything shiny and presentable. Additionally, you will maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and tools, ensuring that everything is replenished as needed at the start of your shift. Customer service is a key component of this position, as you will be expected to consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests. You will also need to comply with all safety and emergency procedures while performing your duties.
