About The Position
The Registered Nurse - PDM is a fully competent nursing practitioner responsible for delivering patient care according to the State of Maine Nurse Practice Act and Northern Light Health Standards. This role involves planning and evaluating nursing care for patients and families, supervising other staff, and addressing the physical, spiritual, emotional, and educational needs of patients. The nurse collaborates with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensures compliance with performance standards.
