You will also benefit from the support of a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and schedules them directly on your calendar, handling many details such as organizing showing appointments. In terms of earnings, Redfin agents enjoy competitive commissions on closed deals, with unlimited potential for growth. Commissions vary based on the source of the deal, with higher splits awarded for repeat Redfin clients. Additionally, agents have the opportunity to unlock higher commissions through an in-year commission accelerator if they meet specified sales volume thresholds.
