About The Position
The RN Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing all in-service educational programs and orientation within the facility. This role supports the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department's daily schedule and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards to maintain high-quality resident care.
