About The Position

The Quick Service Crew Member at Little Caesars is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while performing various roles within the restaurant. Crew members are expected to work collaboratively, demonstrate strong communication skills, and uphold a professional appearance while engaging with guests and team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class II Gaming License.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Obtain and retain a Washington State Food Handlers Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in leadership roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Take orders and present them to guests.
• Ensure food products are full, clean, and garnished at all times.
• Set up and break down workstations, filing supply requisitions as needed.
• Perform all tasks in the kitchen as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of the station for the next shift.
• Accurately account and reconcile revenue.
• Follow the facility's Disaster Plan and act accordingly.
• Utilize safe equipment and techniques, wearing necessary PPE when provided.
• Maintain high quality of products and perform other duties as assigned.
