About The Position
As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) at American Senior Communities, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. In this position, you will be responsible for administering medications to residents in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their health and well-being. You will also assist in onboarding new team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Your role will involve responding promptly to call lights and alarms, demonstrating your commitment to providing compassionate care.
