About The Position
Banyan Living is a leading property management company specializing in multi-family residential properties. As a Property Manager at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maximizing property value. This role requires a proactive approach to managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the property in excellent condition and ensuring it meets all safety and compliance standards. In addition to operational management, you will develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining residents. Your leadership will extend to supervising and training property staff, including leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel. Monitoring financial performance is also a key responsibility, where you will implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses. Handling resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a prompt and professional manner is essential to maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and property reputation.
