About The Position
The Program Manager for Energy Management at NYP/Weill Cornell is responsible for managing and coordinating energy efficiency projects, developing energy reduction strategies, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across the organization. This role involves overseeing a portion of the energy conservation capital allocation and managing various energy conservation programs that engage all employees and departments. The Program Manager will also collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate energy efficiency into the organization's goals and objectives, manage incentive programs, and support the development of a Master Energy Plan.
