About The Position
Barghausen Consulting Engineers Inc. is seeking a skilled Professional Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Kent, WA. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $46 to $53, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in shaping various projects by leveraging cutting-edge technology and ensuring meticulous land mapping. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of land surveys, reports, and other project documents, while also coordinating with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing site development surveys for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments, as well as multi-use complexes and master-planned communities. You will assist primary project managers in completing projects on time and within budget, while also researching regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and title companies will be essential in delivering excellent client service.
