About The Position
At IBM, the Product Manager role is a pivotal position that encompasses the entire lifecycle of a product, from validating the need to determining the business model and defining solution requirements. As a Product Manager, you will essentially act as the CEO of your product, driving its success in the market. The internship program is designed for early-career, technically minded entrepreneurs who are eager to engage in an intensive experience with product teams. Interns will be immersed in multidisciplinary teams that include design, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and legal, all working together to address client needs in a dynamic environment. This role will allow you to develop a comprehensive skill set, including market and competitive analysis, product development, and driving product adoption through effective marketing strategies. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced IBM product managers, designers, and engineers, who will provide mentorship and guidance to accelerate your professional growth.
