There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.

As a 3D NAND Process Integration Engineer at Micron Technology, you will play a pivotal role in the development and operation of 3D NAND semiconductor integrated circuits. This position requires you to take ownership of one or more process modules, where you will set up structural specifications and process requirements. You will be responsible for establishing a clear direction and vision for the module, along with a well-defined continual improvement plan. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying potential structural, electrical, and reliability issues early on, allowing for timely interventions through effective process control. Your focus will encompass structural development, electrical performance, parametric verification, and the assessment and optimization of manufacturability. You will analyze materials from various perspectives—physically, electrically, and more—collaborating with process groups to select new materials for development. Driving material changes from research into production will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. As a leader in module development, you will assemble and coordinate a development team, including process engineers, to ensure successful project execution. In this role, you will make critical decisions for the team, providing clear direction, goals, and metrics for success. You will design, execute, and analyze device and process experiments to facilitate process development and integration. Your ability to extract, analyze, report, and draw logical conclusions from experimental data will be crucial, as will your understanding of the statistical significance of the results. Innovation will be a core expectation, as you will be tasked with addressing complex problems through design and process improvements, with regular patent disclosures anticipated. You will coordinate activities such as reticle tapeouts, flow/traveler changes, and lot management across cross-functional teams to ensure projects proceed rapidly and with minimal errors. Supporting the transfer of new technology from the technology development fab to the manufacturing fab will also be part of your responsibilities. Effective communication of key information and project updates through presentations and group discussions will be essential in driving decisions. Continuous growth in both technical and management skills will be encouraged, with opportunities for on-the-job training and formal training classes.
