As a Personal Executive Assistant at our premier daycare in Brooklyn, NY, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, providing essential support to the owner and directors in their daily operations. Your role will encompass a wide range of administrative, operational, and personal tasks, all aimed at ensuring the efficient management of our daycare facility. In this position, you will manage and organize the schedules of the owner and directors, which includes arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans. You will be responsible for coordinating communication between various stakeholders, including staff, parents, and external partners, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be paramount, as you will often be privy to sensitive matters. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, showcasing your strong written and verbal communication skills. Your organizational prowess will be put to the test as you manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence. You will also play a key role in planning and coordinating events, both on-site and off-site, and performing personal errands for the leadership team as needed.
