About The Position

The Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) position at the HOPE Center involves providing high-quality nursing care in a newly constructed psychiatric health facility. The RN will collaborate with health team members to evaluate and coordinate patient care, document nursing services, and participate in developing interdisciplinary treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires effective communication and crisis intervention skills to support patients in a psychiatric setting.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a psychiatric health capacity; preferred three (3) years in a psychiatric health care facility.
• Currently licensed to practice by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• CPR certification and successful completion of Handle with Care (HWC) training within 30 days of employment.
