About The Position
As a Part Time Float Teller at KeyBank, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service to both new and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their account transactions and servicing needs, ensuring that they feel welcomed and valued. You will be expected to identify and resolve client servicing issues proactively, and through engaging conversations, uncover financial needs that may lead to deeper financial wellness discussions with a banker. At KeyBank, we pride ourselves on being trusted advisors and partners in our clients' financial journeys, and as a Teller, you will embody this philosophy by being present and attentive to every client interaction. In this role, you will assume responsibility for the efficient and accurate performance of teller functions, which includes balancing your cash drawer and adhering to compliance, audit, and security procedures. You will participate in daily huddles and debriefs to ensure alignment with team goals and share insights on client interactions. Staying current on product offerings, fees, and policies will be essential to assist clients effectively in achieving their financial goals. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned, which may evolve over time as the needs of the bank and its clients change. Your role as a Teller is not just about transactions; it’s about building relationships and helping clients navigate their financial journeys. You will be a key player in fostering a strong client experience culture, making a positive impact on clients' days, both personally and financially.
