Upon joining our culinary team, you will undergo comprehensive training in various cooking stations, including Grill, Sauté, and Pantry. This training will assess your capability and knowledge of our recipes, procedures, and quality components. You will also learn our guest service standards, contributing to a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include following all company standards and guidelines, as well as performing opening, ongoing, and closing side-work duties to maintain a smooth operation in the kitchen.
