About The Position
The Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Capability Manager will work as part of a consulting team supporting a large Intelligence Community (IC) organization. The role involves conducting assessments, studies, and surveys to analyze current and emerging capabilities and tools, providing recommendations for integration into existing OSINT toolkits. This includes performing business case analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and optimizing the utilization of current capabilities and tools.
