About The Position
East Alabama Health is currently seeking a Non-Invasive General Cardiologist to join its well-established cardiology practice, Pinnacle Cardiovascular Associates. This practice is composed of a team of 7 Cardiologists and an Electrophysiologist, supported by 9 physician extenders who ensure comprehensive 24/7 inpatient and outpatient coverage. The weekend call rotation is set at 1:5, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Additionally, the service is bolstered by 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, enhancing the collaborative care environment. The position offers a competitive salary along with an incentive bonus and a commencement/signing bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for prospective candidates. The outreach program targets underserved areas in Alabama, including Dadeville, Eufaula, Roanoke, Tuskegee, Tallassee, and Clay County, providing an opportunity for the cardiologist to make a significant impact in the community. There is also a fully staffed satellite office in Valley, which has one dedicated cardiologist, further expanding the reach of the practice.
