About The Position
Prudential is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join the New Business Case Management organization within Investment Management - Investment Operations. This role is pivotal in facilitating the processing of annuity applications, ensuring an outstanding experience for both producers and customers. As a member of this high-performing team of Account Representatives, you will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of one of the world's most admired companies. Your responsibilities will include managing new business cases, providing exceptional service to producers, and acting as a liaison between external customers and internal functional groups. You will also have the opportunity to share service and process improvement ideas, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. In this role, you will demonstrate ownership, urgency, and responsiveness in assisting producers, including Brokerage General Agency Staff and Financial Advisors, with service-related requests via telephone and email. You will carefully manage new business cases through the new business process to ensure successful placement, anticipate producer needs, and provide creative alternatives to service requests. Regular updates on key and critical cases will be provided to leadership, ensuring transparency and effective communication within the team. This position requires a commitment to reliability and dependability, especially during the extensive training program, which will take place virtually.
