About The Position
The Merchandising Internship at TJX offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry, specifically within the Off-Price business model. Interns will be involved in either the Planning & Allocation or Buying divisions, where they will analyze sales trends, create allocation strategies, and accompany Buyers on vendor visits. This internship is designed to foster career growth and may lead to future employment opportunities with TJX.
