About The Position
Cambay Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for a temp-to-hire position located in Rancho Mirage, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience for all individuals who interact with our services. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively organize their efforts around patient care and communication. The Medical Assistant will be expected to utilize basic computer skills for scheduling and email correspondence, while also demonstrating strong verbal and written communication abilities. The position demands a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion, as well as the ability to analyze situations accurately and take effective action. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, co-workers, and guests is crucial, as is the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians. Candidates must have completed a Medical Assistant course if hired after November 3, 2019, and hold a BLS certification from the American Heart Association. While previous office practice experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The position is full-time, with expected hours of 40 per week, and offers a pay range of $25.76 to $28.00 per hour. The work schedule consists of 5x8 hour shifts, primarily during the day from Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.
