X-IGENT Printing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Commerce, CA. This role is pivotal as you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their experience with us. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of experience in the Printing and Graphic Arts Industry, specifically with Large Format printing knowledge, as this is a critical requirement for the position. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, providing estimates, entering orders, and managing printing requests efficiently. In this role, you will utilize your strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities to address customer needs effectively. You will also engage in some inside sales and upselling, requiring excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively is essential, as you will be identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication is a key aspect of this position. Additionally, you will be expected to have familiarity with estimating and invoicing systems, and being a team player is a must. Some fieldwork will be required for site surveys and client meetings, which adds variety to your daily tasks. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, and you will be working in person at our Commerce, CA location.
