About The Position
The IT Medicaid/MITA Pharmacy Business Quality Assurance Analyst position at Resource Management Associates, LLC is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of the Medicaid and Managed Care sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of the CMS MITA Framework, which encompasses Medicaid Business Architecture, Information Architecture, and Technical Architecture initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring that all product artifacts are maintained and managed effectively to meet business goals and facilitate the successful launch of features and systems. In this position, the analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive training on product knowledge, usage, and implementation, which may occur in-person, via conference calls, or through virtual platforms. The analyst will also ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, supporting the product lifecycle from conception through implementation while adhering to Product Management guidelines. Familiarity with the CMS Certification process is also a key requirement for this role. The analyst will work closely with the PBA Project Team, State QAU team, PBA vendor, and Business core to support the overall objectives of the organization. This collaborative effort is vital for maintaining high standards in product quality and ensuring that all aspects of the Medicaid Pharmacy Business are effectively managed and executed.
