About The Position

The Facilities Management Coordinator at TTCU Federal Credit Union is responsible for overseeing building repairs, maintenance, and coordination of service and supply vendors. This role supports the Facilities Maintenance Manager in ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational, complying with regulatory requirements. The coordinator will handle various maintenance tasks, vendor coordination, and assist in inspections to ensure the functionality of all building systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or related area preferred.
• Stationary Engineering License preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• 1 year of experience with purchasing and materials management practices.
• 2 years of basic experience in facility operations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform building upkeep and maintenance for Corporate HQ and Branch facilities, including elevators, pumps, air compressors, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Assist in the maintenance of building grounds, office machines, furniture, and equipment.
• Contact maintenance vendors and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Complete Service Desk Work Orders in a timely manner.
• Assist the Facilities Maintenance Manager in regular building inspections of all systems.
• Verify invoices for related work and process them for final approval.
• Receive and document supplies and materials delivered by vendors.
