We are seeking committed and passionate expanded learning instructors to change the future of students by leading academic, physical, and enrichment activities as part of our team. As a program instructor, you will lead and mentor up to 25 youth in an expanded learning setting. This role is an opportunity to be part of an innovative and creative team that impacts the community, makes the world a better place, and provides equity in education. In this position, you will support and maintain the emotional well-being of the students, provide a safe environment, and serve as a positive role model for struggling students. You will engage students in lesson plans that support school-day learning and run community circles based on restorative practices. Collaboration with youth to support their learning and development through a youth-driven curriculum is essential. This role is not just about teaching; it’s about inspiring and empowering students to thrive academically and socially.
