About The Position

This role requires expertise in CAD/CAM integration, industrial automation, and systems engineering, with the ability to oversee and mentor a team of engineers. You will play a key role in transforming prefabricated framing systems, revolutionizing the construction industry with sustainable, disaster-proof solutions. In this Director of Systems Engineering position, you will be responsible for leading the design, integration, and implementation of CAD/CAM systems to optimize productivity and quality. You will implement ERP, MOM, and MES systems and oversee the use of automation tools and system integration. Your leadership experience will be crucial as you manage multiple projects, including troubleshooting, team management, and vendor relations. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies and lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the manufacturing line operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.
