About The Position
The Director of Engineering at Chromalloy is responsible for managing and directing the Tampa Castings Engineering Team, ensuring the development and maintenance of efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes for quality castings. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, overseeing a team of over 45 engineers and technicians, and leading initiatives to drive technical excellence and innovation within the organization.
