About The Position

The Customer Service Coordinator at Idaho State University's Albion Center for Professional Development will act as the primary point of contact for students enrolling in various programs. This role is crucial in managing inquiries from educators across the nation, providing timely solutions and advice regarding course offerings and registrations. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the transcript request system, which includes handling, reviewing, and mailing student transcripts while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. Additionally, the coordinator will support the center in various administrative functions, including completing requisitions and managing travel approvals and payments. This position offers the flexibility of full-time remote work, eliminating the need for proximity to an ISU campus location. However, it may require occasional travel to campus for meetings or events. The coordinator will also need to be available to address questions or concerns outside of regular office hours, including weekends, evenings, or during university closures and holidays, ensuring that educators and students receive continuous support.
