About The Position

Sixt Rent a Car is seeking a Customer Service Agent who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients from around the globe. This position is centered around providing accurate information to customers, taking detailed records of vehicle conditions, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, gathering feedback to enhance future rental experiences, and ensuring that customers retrieve all personal belongings from their vehicles. You will also conduct discreet checks for vehicle damage upon return, advise customers on rental charges, and provide accurate receipts. Additionally, you will assist customers with transportation information to the airport terminal when necessary and complete service alerts for any reported mechanical or body damage. The role also involves organizing the lot for optimal traffic flow and accessibility, all while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
