About The Position
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager at IDEX is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and implementing a comprehensive CI program across Pulsafeeder's locations in Rochester and Punta Gorda. This role emphasizes the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies to enhance productivity and drive cost savings. The CI Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor project leaders, and develop training programs to instill CI principles throughout the organization. Additionally, the CI Manager will leverage data analytics to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
