We are seeking an experienced and highly responsive professional to join our dynamic team as a Client Services Manager for our Private Wealth division. This role is crucial in enhancing and maintaining our high net worth clients' connections within the firm. In this role, you will manage the Private Wealth Client Services Team with responsibility for training, coaching, and professional development. You will oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all aspects of the Client Services team's work, working directly with Partners, Management, and Advisors on outside-the-box client and firm-related requests. You will also liaise with custodial service teams, vendors, and any other third parties, resolving escalated client issues swiftly and positively. Utilizing your deep level of industry knowledge, you will provide leadership to the team in resolving service-related matters and evaluate and improve Client Services processes and training, including maintenance, development, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and the Client Services Manual. Additionally, you will participate in software conversions and new software implementations, providing training to Aldrich staff members on Wealth-specific software to support processes, efficiencies, and protocols.
