About The Position

As a Civil Drafter, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and design services for various projects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying the best product solutions for specific projects, advising on installation recommendations and procedures, and providing hydraulic information and advice. You will maintain the Technical Services Information database and ensure that all workstation organization, supply requirements, and file maintenance are up to date. Additionally, you will work closely with Inside Sales Representatives and Area Sales Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution. Your design responsibilities will include creating layout drawings, part lists, and shop drawings for individual projects, as well as providing a materials list for customer service and distributors. You will gather, verify, and communicate project information to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to interpret construction documents effectively.
