About The Position
The Branch Service Supervisor (BSS) oversees the daily operations of the Teller line at one or more bank branches, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures while managing Teller schedules and performance. This role involves leading the team in customer service excellence, cross-selling bank products, and maintaining operational integrity. The BSS also serves as a resource for Tellers, assists with complex transactions, and acts as a backup Relationship Banker when needed.
