The role also involves day-to-day management of team members, making decisions regarding candidate selection, employee compensation, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Additionally, the position requires adapting to new digital programs and technology platforms, teaching digital fluency and financial literacy to both team members and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing customer market share growth at the branch level, demonstrating mastery in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and proactively identifying ways to add value for customers. This role also includes ensuring compliance with all banking laws and regulations, maintaining documentation standards, and participating in community activities to promote U.S. Bank's growth and culture. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
