About The Position

As an Associate Manager in Market Research, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both quantitative and qualitative projects conducted by our Market Research team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in project kick-off meetings and team briefings, conducting background research to guide the development of relevant proposals, questionnaires, and discussion guides, and participating in safety training to ensure that any adverse events are reported as required. You will manage respondent lists and maintain our master database, ensuring the removal of duplicates, addition of new respondents, and updating contact information. Coordination of honorarium payments and liaising with translation agencies will also be part of your duties. You will lead online recruitment and interview coordination activities, including drafting invitations, sending out communications, and making necessary follow-up calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring fieldwork to ensure that quotas are met within set timelines, transcribing audio recordings from interviews, and validating the accuracy of software-generated transcriptions. Your role will also involve programming online surveys using our market research survey platform, testing and validating the programming of online survey links, and conducting data processing to generate tabulations using our data analytics software. You will validate tabulations and ensure the accuracy of quantitative data, code open-ended responses, and coordinate with external agencies involved in online survey programming or data processing. Preparing graphic shells and PowerPoint templates for reporting, populating these with results, and performing overall report quality checks will be essential tasks. On occasion, you may conduct qualitative in-depth interviews using various methodologies. This position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of working both independently and as part of a functional team.
