About The Position

The 3rd Shift Quality Control Associate is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food products within the facility. This role enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensures that all equipment meets the company's cleaning standards. The associate will verify labels and perform various quality checks to maintain product integrity and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Quality Inspector role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with all levels.
• Well organized.
• Knowledge of Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Checking and verifying that all HACCP tasks are performed on each machine running.
• Verifying that all labels are accurate and match proof sheets.
• Performing bacteria tests and allergens testing prior to product runs.
• Assisting the Production staff to ensure that all work areas are kept clean.
• Assisting the Production Team Leader with entering performance data on the white board.
• Performing hourly weight checks & flavor checks on each running line.
• Assisting Quality Assurance in reviewing production paperwork for accuracy.
• Assisting Quality Assurance in receiving product inspections.
• Assisting Sales Team with making of mixes and samples.
• Performing other job duties as required.
