About The Position

These positions are for the 2025-2026 school year. BLMS is looking for a caring, compassionate, student centered individual to join our team. This individual needs to be organized, flexible, a team player and willing to support the needs of all students at BMS. We are looking for someone with experience with children with special needs including emotional behavior disorders. This individual will be able to help students to engage in their learning experiences. We believe that creating a positive, loving environment for every student, every day, will create a legacy of excellence in our community and in their future.

Requirements

• Must have 48 semester hours, an Associates Degree or have a high school diploma and have passed the paraeducator assessment exam.
• Must provide a copy of qualifications to HR upon recommendation to hire.
