About The Position

The Regional Company Driver position offers consistent miles, solid pay, and bi-weekly home time. Drivers can expect to average between $1,400 and $1,500 per week, with the opportunity to be home every other weekend. The job involves running 11 to 14 days on the road followed by 2 to 3 days off. The fleet primarily consists of Kenworths and Cascadias, and drivers will be operating dry vans with 100% no touch freight. Loads are pre-planned, allowing drivers to manage their schedules effectively. Additionally, the company provides paid hourly orientation, as well as detention, layover, and breakdown pay. Delivery locations are primarily east of I-35, excluding New York City.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Hiring in GA, TX, OH, MN, WI, IL, IN, IA, TN, MO, SC, NC

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned late-model Kenworths and Cascadias
• Transport dry van freight with no touch
• Manage pre-planned loads 2-3 loads ahead of time
• Ensure timely delivery to locations east of I-35
