About The Position
Kenvue is currently recruiting for the 2025 Finance Leadership & Development Program Associate Analyst position. This role is designed to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the accounting and finance organization. The program offers participants the opportunity to develop critical leadership and technical skills through a series of rotational assignments, in-depth training, ongoing coaching and feedback, and frequent exposure to upper management. The rotations will take place within various areas of the finance organization, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial, Research & Development (R&D), Enterprise Business Solutions, Internal Auditing, Controllership, Tax, and Investor Relations, among others. Participants will engage in facilitated training sessions led by both internal and external resources, which will build Kenvue business acumen and follow a robust and interactive curriculum. This curriculum is designed to help develop key competencies such as problem-solving, analysis, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork, and leadership. The anticipated annual base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $130,000, depending on the candidate's program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience. The position is based in Skillman, NJ, with plans to relocate to Summit, NJ in early 2025.
