About the position

Ahrefs is looking for a passionate YouTube creator to write scripts and host educational videos on our YouTube channel (over 300,000 subscribers). As a host of the channel, you will write scripts and present tutorials in 6 - 20 minute videos. Videos will aim to educate and engage marketers. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a video host, scriptwriter, or YouTube creator.
  • A strong portfolio that matches the style of our YouTube videos (talking head) 
  • The ability to take educational blog content and repackage them into an engaging format for YouTube
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A confident and engaging presence on camera
  • Have an understanding of SEO and digital marketing techniques
  • Basic knowledge with Adobe Premiere and Audition is a plus
  • A passion for no nonsense B2B education

Responsibilities

  • Repurpose 1-2 blog posts/week to video scripts, specifically for YouTube
  • Host/record videos once a month – (Westford, MA)
