• Desire to work on a variety of creative projects: brand identity, web design, digital marketing programs, social media campaigns, creative concepting, pitch decks, etc.
• A compelling online design portfolio
• Minimum 3 years of agency experience with strong web design skills
• An almost obsessive level of attention to detail and a burning need to produce inspired creative
• Strong conceptual thinking skills
• Impressive brand development and logo identity skills
• Ability to take creative projects from concept to completion
• A burning interest in new platforms and technologies for digital and related mediums
• Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
• Play well in a collaborative team environment

The ideal team member will have a solid background in visual design in all aspects of brand and digital marketing. The role includes collaboration in brand development, front-end web design, digital marketing campaigns, and print design.
