About the position

The BDM will need to immediately build rapport with current customer, and will be responsible for generating sales between their company and its existing customer. This role does require that you reside in Minneapolis, MN as weekly onsite meetings with take place. These relationships are often with top level executives. This role will require someone with outstanding professionalism and confidence interacting with senior leadership. The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated sales experience growing an existing customer relationship. S/he will exhibit great confidence and flexibility in a high-paced environment. S/he will have strong communication skills and be able to connect fluidly with a variety of audiences. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can build relationships with multiple varied constituents and provide great customer service and an understanding of the customer’s needs. This role will require working onsite at the customer site a few days a week to conduct in person meetings with hiring managers.

Requirements

· 2-3 + years’ experience in account management in developing and growing an existing customer relationship
· Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to navigate, understand, and manage partner (sales) pipeline
· Demonstrated ability to generate leads within the existing customer environment and close business
· Documented strength in meaningful relationship building, management and growth
· Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
· A professional and resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team player, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time
· Enjoy working in a fluid, dynamic organization with a minimal amount of direction
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; Salesforce.com experience preferred

  • Expand our Companie's footprint within existing customer. Be a proactive member in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Grow, develop, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in each account by providing responsive and high-quality customer service
  • Accountable for executing revenue results against goals
  • Initiate processes that establish high service operating practices to gain market share with job orders
  • Coordinate/schedule orientation meetings and conducting corporate site visits with managers utilizing contingent workers
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to connect with and educate potential partners on our service capabilities
