• Responsible for growing revenue by driving regional event sales and business results through in-store event planning, creating a premium guest experience, and operating within aligned company procedures and guidelines.
• Identify and promote partnerships with charity organizations, local businesses, and community influencers to develop revenue-driving in-store events that together creates brand awareness and store foot traffic.
• Monitor essential KPIs to accomplish in-store event planning, brand awareness and overall retail business growth measured by increased revenue and store foot traffic.
• Develop key relationships in the local retail communities that will help drive awareness, positioning, and store traffic. Build our brand to be a part of the local communities.
• Define scope of work, implement, and execute events within budgetary guidelines.
• Plan and organize in-store events, inviting participants, creating signage and marketing collateral with Graphics Department.
• Oversee supply ordering and décor for all events.
• Define social media opportunities and execute, as applicable, in relation to event planning.
• Work with Graphics Department on artwork requests and fulfillment.
• Meet with local businesses, charity organizations and community influencers as necessary to discuss and plan event specifications and details.
• Monitor and oversee events with store managers from preparation and set-up through teardown to ensure adherence to planned format.
• Maintain an inventory of giveaway products to use for events.
• Conduct conference calls with store managers and provide detailed written communication of the event plan overview in advance of all events.
• Compile post-event recap analysis data to identify future opportunities and track ROI.
• Learn, identify, and articulate LATHER’s complete product line including key product ingredients and essential oils.
• BS in Business Marketing or Communication preferred
• 1 – 2 years event planning experience
• Media planning experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Retail experience is a plus

We are seeking a full-time Retail Marketing Events Manager. Your primary role involves executing unique localized in-store retail events and partnerships while increasing brand awareness, attracting new customers, creating stronger loyalty bonds with existing customers, and increasing store revenue.
Candidates must have experience in event marketing and possess exceptional organizational skills. Your primary responsibility includes planning retail in-store events with charities, local businesses, community influencers, corporations, and center management teams. Other responsibilities include planning new product launch parties, seasonal sales events, holiday events, and anniversary celebrations while garnering local press impressions. The individual in this position supports the overall retail enterprise structure and reports directly to the Director of Retail.
